Arch Manning $100K Donation

According to KXAN, Heid’s brother, Arch has made a significant impact on children and families in Central Texas hospitals through a generous act.

He donated the proceeds from the sale of his one-of-a-kind Prizm Black autographed Panini America trading card to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, resulting in a substantial donation of $102,500.

This act is part of Manning’s first NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) agreement while playing for the University of Texas Longhorns.

He previously signed a multi-year deal with Panini America, securing exclusive trading card rights and other marketing appearances and activations.

However, as per the agreement, he can only access the funds once he takes the field for Texas.

He was inspired by the notion that Ronald McDonald House provides comfort and support to families with children in the hospital, helping them stay together during challenging times.

Manning’s gesture was well-received by the community, with the St. David’s HealthCare and St. David’s Foundation facilitating the Donation.

Manning himself toured the St. David’s North Austin Medical Center’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and met with former patients and their families who had received support from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas.

Denise Bradley, vice president of marketing and corporate affairs at St. David’s HealthCare, noted their enthusiasm for assisting Arch in fulfilling his charitable wish.

Derrick Lesnau, interim CEO and COO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas expressed their gratitude, emphasizing the significant impact this Donation will have on the programs and families they serve.

Manning’s philanthropic act marks a meaningful start to his college football career by giving back to the community.
