Grant Stuard, born October 15, 1998, is an American football linebacker for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL.

After completing his high school from Oak Ridge, he committed to play football at the University of Houston.

During his collegiate career, he earned several honorable mentions, including the American Athletic All-Conference Second Team, and also led the American Athletic Conference in tackles.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected the football linebacker as the final pick of the 2021 NFL Draft, making him that year’s Mr. Irrelevant.

Later, on August 30, 2022, he, along with a 2023 seventh-round pick, was traded to the Colts for a 2023 sixth-round pick.

Besides his football, he is known for his strong faith and philanthropic work, mainly supporting a non-profit organization called Heels to Halos, which rescues women from the sex industry.

According to Click2houston, he emphasized that his success is rooted in his constant effort and tenacity rather than physical size.

At his camp, Stuard was joined by fellow University of Houston alums who now play in the NFL, including Tank Dell, Arthur Green, Donovan Mutin, Joshua Jones, Peyton Turner, and Elandon Roberts.

Approximately 100 young campers attended, eager to learn from these professional athletes.

Stuard’s message to the campers focused on perseverance, faith, and technique.

He spoke of his personal journey, including helping care for his siblings while his mother battled addiction and his father served time in prison.

Through his faith and understanding, Stuard has repaired his relationships with his parents and found a path to success.

The camp was marked by enthusiasm, with music and positive energy, as Stuard and his fellow athletes shared their knowledge and experiences with aspiring young athletes.

The camp was offered free of charge to ensure access for all kids, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances.
